Established in 1992 by the Port of Le Havre, CIRCOE has grown to become a key contributor to the transport and logistics industry. As a non-profit organization, our core mission is to elevate the logistical expertise of companies in our region. With a dedicated team of ten consultants, we work closely with key port stakeholders, industrials, and academic bodies to innovate and improve efficiency. CIRCOE will play a crucial role in the project by gathering data from stakeholders, mapping processes, and integrating them into the digital tool. They will contribute to project planning, state-of-the-art analysis, IT system development, and simulation activities. Additionally, they will lead simulation and demonstration activities in collaboration with partners like Port of Brest, ENSM, and SeaTopic.
