TopView S.r.l. is an Innovative UAS Engineering SME founded in 2013. Initially focused on the development and implementation of proprietary drones, today the company adopts a broader strategy, mainly engaging in activities that favour the integration of drones into business processes and airspace.
The core business is made up of three macro-areas:
- Specialized flight operations. Optical and thermographic inspections, and aerial photogrammetry, as well as operations for experimental purposes, even in complex scenarios;
- Design and implementation of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) for the optimization of business processes. TopView can design both the entire system and payloads with specific sensors to be integrated with existing systems.
- U-space and digital aviation: digital products and services for the management and navigation of drones in VLL airspace.
TopView S.r.l. will leverage its expertise in UAS operations and integration in complex systems to develop a UAS recharging station for vessel inspections within the project. With a strong background in integrating drones with IoT sensor networks and software platforms, TopView’s experience from previous H2020 initiatives like SARA and PASSPORT projects will enhance the project’s capabilities in maritime environments.
